Google’s Willow processor reduced errors about 40x while preparing a quantum resource state, but this does not mean Bitcoin’s cryptography can be broken. The experiment is real progress toward fault tolerant computing, not proof that Q Day is imminent. Bitcoin still needs a planned transition to post quantum signatures before the risk becomes practical.
