It's that time again for yesterday's top gainers and today's top losers. Throughout the entire National Day holiday, there was no National Day rally; instead, we got a market that needs to recover losses. But it's not a big deal, let me review the coins I currently hold
$BTC
$BNB
$SOL: Bought meme coins and lost almost everything, now holding passively
$KOMA: Held for 2 years and stuck for 2 years
$ath: Has a partnership with $AGPU, bought together
$ASTER: A coin I'm stuck in badly and unwilling to mention
$tao: Almost breaking even
$ppoly: Watched it for a long time, it dropped then bounced back, but as soon as I bought, it stopped rising. Actually, it's because I made some profit but didn't sell and then it dropped again.
$AGPU: Small-cap stock
$mu: Bought at the highest point during an event, got stuck and haven't moved
Don't ask me how I ended up holding so many coins with just a few bucks. It's because I'm afraid other people's coins will rise while mine don't, so I bought more. Unexpectedly, even after buying so many, the ones that rise still aren't mine.
Previously, someone asked how to tell if a coin is controlled by a whale.
There are many dimensions to look at systematically.
For example, some old coins have started listing on Korean exchanges these days,
which definitely means there is a whale involved.
You can't tell if it's a strong or weak whale, but there is definitely a whale.
Because Korean exchanges would never randomly list a coin that is neither new nor very popular.
Whoever pays is the whale.
I feel like I'm not cut out for playing the 'Run Fast' game
This afternoon I suddenly remembered that I bought a coin some time ago
Just checked and found it has been zeroed out for 3 days
At my peak, I had 20x leverage but didn't exit, and it ended up zero
People always ask me why I keep losing money
Actually, most of the times I make money when I buy in
The losses always come from not exiting
This time it's the same old problem
I saw it rise and immediately took a screenshot to show off but forgot to sell
Next time I must sell first before showing off 🥹
Scrolled through Twitter, most people are bearish at this level
But me, holding a full hand of spot with no moves and even bought some altcoins expecting a rise.
I believe this $BTC rally definitely won't stop at 87000
But my opinion has never been important, hehe
Those who didn't go out running are still at home studying the market; otherwise, if you don't run and don't make money, people will laugh at you.
What made me a bit happy today is that the $AIA I had been waiting for finally took off. I bought it on the 2nd when the volume hadn't picked up yet. Today it surged onto the gainers list, and the volume increased as well. The monitoring system also signaled twice this morning, so it looks like this isn't just a single wave.
I bought ppoly a bit early; it only broke even last night, but that's fine, at least it broke even. Next up is making a profit.
I believe the others I hold will also gradually surge onto the gainers list, hehe
Woke up to see the market in a waterfall drop, hurriedly bought a few coins, but actually the best thing to do when the market falls is to find those that don't fall or fall less. Here's a look at the projects I follow that are stable or have smaller drops.
Stable ones
$orca stayed steady around 1.7 during the last altcoin rally, regardless of the overall altcoin market fluctuations, and has been stable near 1.7. These past two days it started climbing the gainers list, likely well controlled.
Lobster: Last night I checked net inflow data, contracts and spot were both flowing out but the price was rising, which made me think the whales were closing short positions. This morning, sure enough, it went up again.
$BR: The market makers have been active these past two days, definitely not following the overall market. Yesterday monitoring showed several bullish signals.
Following the drop but with smaller declines than BTC and quick recoveries
$PUMP: Has been strong recently, currently in a pullback phase, but after dropping it recovers quickly.
$AIA: Seems to be in an accumulation phase, but even so, it might still undergo a long shakeout.
$power: Also a highly controlled whale coin, started stabilizing the day before yesterday, just now the market dropped but it recovered quickly, though open interest hasn't risen.
$opn: After a few days of KOL protests, it dropped very little today and recovered quickly, with increased trading volume. Not sure if retail investors are buying or if there's something else.
$mubarak: Had a sharp dip but quickly recovered.
$tut: Recovered relatively fast, open interest is slowly increasing
Okx is flooding the screen a bit today
Just announced another $25 billion financing
What concerns us is $OKB, which has risen again
It's time for the whole network to congratulate Wang Duanniao again.
