About CLARITYSECRulesDelayed

U.S. crypto policy is waiting on Congress and the SEC. CLARITY cleared the Senate Banking Committee, but a full vote is expected in September. The SEC postponed a meeting on crypto investment-contract offerings, fundraising exemptions, safe harbors and tokenized securities, leaving the tokenization innovation exemption unresolved. Markets expected SEC guidance before legislation, but rulemaking is slowing too. U.S. market structure, token issuance and tokenized-securities pilots stay unclear.

If lawmakers provide meaningful protections for decentralized protocols and developers, $HYPE could become an interesting beneficiary of the regulatory shift. 🚨 BUT HERE'S THE REAL NEWS The CLARITY Act isn't guaranteed. Bipartisan negotiations remain unresolved, and the Senate's September timeline comes with a shrinking legislative calendar. At the same time, the SEC is considering its own crypto regulatory framework, including potential safe-harbor and fundraising exemptions, meaning regulation could continue evolving even without immediate congressional action. So I wouldn't simply ask: “Which coins become commodities?” I'd ask: “Which networks already have the liquidity, users, infrastructure and institutional demand to benefit when regulatory uncertainty falls?” 🔥 Clarity won't lift every coin. It could disproportionately benefit the networks that were already doing the work. My watchlist: $SOL$ETH$XRP$BNB$HYPE Which one gets front-run first if the regulatory path finally clears? 👀 Not financial advice. The bill can still change — and regulatory clarity never guarantees a green candle. Chris Perkins believes crypto can remain “just fine” even if the CLARITY Act fails, because the SEC and CFTC are already creating useful precedent. I partly agree. Agency guidance can give businesses room to operate during the next few years. But regulation built through interpretation is less durable than legislation and can change under future leadership. The industry may continue growing without the bill. What it loses is permanence. #SandiskDealsInFocus #BTCVolumeDriesUp $BTC

CLARITY Delay Shifts Market Focus The SEC unexpectedly postponed its vote on new crypto rules, while the Senate also delayed progress on the CLARITY Act, extending regulatory uncertainty. The broader framework for digital assets remains under development. $BTC and $ETH trade cautiously as investors await clearer policy signals, while $OKB remains supported by exchange activity and institutional interest. Regulatory clarity could become the next major catalyst. #CLARITYSECRulesDelayed $BTC $ETH

Bitcoin down around $62K. The SEC canceled its tokenization meeting and the Senate left for recess without touching the CLARITY Act. Nothing technical about this selloff. It's all Washington.

#SECActsAsCLARITYWaits $BTC The SEC is making new moves regarding crypto while the CLARITY Act remains stalled. The SEC plans to consider a dedicated regulatory framework for crypto offerings, even as the CLARITY Act continues to face delays in the U.S. Congress. → The SEC is proactively developing a regulatory framework → Congress has yet to finalize the CLARITY Act → The jurisdictional boundaries between the SEC and the CFTC remain a major issue

🟡 BTC is hovering around $63K, and the weekly performance is roughly -2.7%. 📉 ETF flows have turned negative recently, adding short-term selling pressure. 🐋 Whales are still an interesting bullish factor: earlier this month, wallets holding 10–10,000 BTC accumulated 20,000+ BTC (~$1.2B). 🇺🇸 US crypto regulation is creating uncertainty. The SEC unexpectedly canceled a planned crypto-rules meeting, while the Senate's progress on the Clarity Act has been delayed until after the August recess.

The CLARITY Act needs to pass. Not for the next green candle. But for the capital sitting on the sidelines, waiting for clear rules before it enters the market. Regulatory clarity could unlock a new wave of institutional capital into $BTC and $ETH . Give the industry certainty. Give capital a reason to move. Pass the bill. Unlock the capital.

Looking at the $BTC, $ETH and $SOL 4H charts together, the market still looks like it’s in a compression/range phase rather than a clean trend. $BTC BTC is around $63.4K and has failed to reclaim the higher moving averages. Support: $63K → $62.85K Resistance: $64.15K → $64.25K → $64.9K 4H MA5/10 are sitting above price, while the MA30 is considerably higher around $64K. RSI is below 50, showing that momentum is still weak. The important thing: $62.85K has held so far. $BTC looks neutral-to-bearish until it reclaims $64K+. A clean break below $62.85K would make the structure considerably weaker. But if buyers defend $63K and reclaim $64.15K, we could see a squeeze back toward $64.9K–$65.4K. $ETH $ETH is around $1,885, sitting right around its short-term MAs but still below the 30MA near $1,894. Support: $1,873 → $1,854 Resistance: $1,895 → $1,919 → $1,938 Momentum is basically neutral. The repeated defense around $1,873 is important. $ETH needs $1,895–$1,900 back before I would call the recovery convincing. Lose $1,873 and $1,854 becomes the obvious downside area. $SOL $SOL is around $75.93, almost perfectly sitting on its MA5/MA10, while the MA30 is only slightly higher at ~$76.21. Support: $75.60 → $75.10 Resistance: $76.20 → $76.80 → $77.76 RSI is around the middle rather than deeply oversold. Volume has cooled considerably. SOL is currently consolidating rather than breaking down. A reclaim of $76.20–$76.80 could bring the $77.76 high back into play. Lose $75.60 and the setup becomes much less attractive. I don't see a high-conviction directional move yet. My base case is more chop/compression first, with BTC setting the tone: BTC holds $62.85K → range/recovery attempt → $64K+ becomes the trigger. If BTC breaks $62.85K decisively, I'd expect ETH and SOL to follow lower. If BTC reclaims $64K–$64.2K with volume, that's where I'd become much more interested in a broader altcoin recovery.

#CLARITYSECRulesDelayed SECActsasCLARITYWaits Crypto Regulation at a Crossroads The **#SECActsAsCLARITYWaits** narrative highlights the tension between regulatory action and the slower legislative process surrounding U.S. crypto rules. SEC Moves Ahead While CLARITY Waits: A Potential Turning Point for Crypto The U.S. crypto market may be entering an important regulatory transition. Rather than waiting for Congress to pass the CLARITY Act, the SEC appears to be advancing its own regulatory initiatives, including potential exemptions and frameworks that could give blockchain companies clearer routes to raise capital and operate within the law. This could mark a shift away from prolonged regulatory uncertainty. If these changes are implemented, crypto startups may find it easier to secure funding, while clearer rules could also encourage greater participation from institutional investors. In the long run, that could create a positive environment for $BTC, $ETH, and fundamentally strong blockchain projects. #CPIToResetFedBets #AIInfraEarningsWatch #Gold4400HavenBid

Bitcoin is hovering around $63,000 as regulatory uncertainty weighs on the market. The SEC unexpectedly canceled its crypto rulemaking meeting, while the CLARITY Act vote was pushed back. My take: The long-term regulatory direction may still be improving, but the market clearly wants ACTION not more delays. Is this just a temporary setback, or does Bitcoin need a major catalyst to break higher? $BTC
