2) Shorts got wrecked again. $300M+ BTC shorts liquidated today.
3) Regulators moved without Congress. SEC tokenized-stock path + CFTC rules to the White House. CLARITY died. Agencies didn’t.
Oil eased. Risk-on. Fed hike was already priced.
This is squeeze + flows, not a new cycle high.
$82.6K was the first close. $85K is the extension.
