You can select a specific crypto deposit to check its current status, blockchain confirmation progress, and transaction details.

On the App

  1. Go to Assets > Deposit > Deposit crypto.

  2. On the Select asset page, select the History icon in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select the deposit you want to check.

On the Web

  1. Log in to your OKX account and open the Deposit page.

  2. Scroll to All deposits and find the deposit you want to check.

  3. Check the Progress and Status columns for its current confirmation progress and deposit status.

  4. Select the blockchain explorer icon next to the Transaction ID, where available, to view the transaction’s latest on-chain status.

What can I check in the deposit details?

The available details may include:

  • Deposit amount and crypto

  • Current deposit status

  • Deposit time

  • Deposit network and receiving address

  • Transaction ID (TxID)

  • Current and required blockchain confirmation counts

Select View on blockchain explorer, the TxID, or the available blockchain explorer option to view the transaction’s latest on-chain status.

What do the confirmation counts mean?

The deposit details may show two confirmation requirements:

  • Confirmations required for crediting: the number of network confirmations required before the deposit is credited to your OKX account.

  • Confirmations required to unlock withdrawals: the number required before the deposited assets can be withdrawn or sold through P2P.

If the deposit has reached the crediting requirement but not the withdrawal-unlock requirement, the assets may appear in your account but remain temporarily unavailable for withdrawal or P2P selling.

Why isn’t there a blockchain explorer option?

The blockchain explorer option is available only for on-chain deposits with a valid TxID. Internal transfers between OKX accounts aren’t submitted to a blockchain and may not have an on-chain TxID or blockchain explorer link.
